The table is laden only with local products and homemade cakes, by the owner, taken from secret family recipes, innovated with a particular attention to the choice of healthy ingredients of certified origin.
You will taste the delicious Viennese cake, completely gluten-free, or the delicious Carlotta tart, born from a search for special flours, in the creation of shortcrust pastry, and where the sweet taste is given, almost exclusively, by wild plum jam.
